Grahams race number is 579 - We are thinking of you Graham!....and the 1900 meter swim followed by the 85k ride and rounded off with the 21 k run!

  2. Just added your link to the Site Graham and have to take my hat off to you! I struggle to run for 21 minutes let alone for a 21 K run! Good luck matey, regards jamie
